Woodland Camp Residential
Two days of fun and memorable experiences. Learn effective fire-lighting and bushcraft skills, build and sleep in your own shelter, greenwood carving skills, campfire cooking , craft projects using natural materials, nature walk and storytelling.
Specifically aimed at school groups. Our philosophy is to enable the class to share experiences, learn interesting skills and be inspired by their time in the woods.
Food included (evening and breakfast). Bring your own packed lunch for day one.
All equipment provided. Just bring a sleeping bag, camp mat, warm clothes and a torch!
(This camp can be themed around the Stone Age to Iron Age if your class is studying that topic)
“I have sat down a few times trying to write an email to you both, but found it hard to find the words to show my gratitude for all your wonderful care and hard work you put into our brilliant camp.
Having only been camping once or twice with my parents staying next to us on their motorhome I have never been a camper!
Your care and kindness though was amazing, you made the whole experience special and wonderful for us all. The pupils loved every second and were so proud of their achievements in the woods. They came alive in a woodland environment, they were happy and fully engaged in everything you provided. The parents have told me how much their children enjoyed their woodland camp and I really feel it is something every child should do.
Your organisation was just brilliant, seamlessly from one activity to another, the resources, activities, food and everything was just remarkable. We were blown away.”
