Nature Connection for Parents
Join us for five evening sessions that will support you in developing and deepening your own Nature connection skills in order to share with your family and friends.
Nature connection and awareness helps all of us to be present in the moment and this supports our mental health and wellbeing. The course offers practical and fun ways to notice what is around us and is underpinned with neuroscience. By connecting to Nature we can counteract the draw of screentime and develop lifelong skills to support the health of ourselves and our children.
What will it look like?
There will be 5 evening sessions, each one will focus on a different sense and how we can use that to deepen our connection to Nature and awaken our wilder self. Alongside the activities and games there will be practical skills that help you and your children to feel more comfortable and safe in Nature and to provide ideas that you can take away and use as a focus for your own family time.
